RESTAURANT, A MARK OF RESPECT
Since 2006 a new address (the Gallery Paraoby, at Rua do
Banco do Brasil), the restaurant has infrastructure capable
of receiving 96 customers, given all the days of the week,
from noon until they get off the last customer .
The chef said Sunday that this year the house already works
with a frequency 40% higher than last year. According to
him, in January the average frequency of the restaurant was
200 people per day and that often tends to increase as the
demand of visitors in the city has exceeded the average of
last year.
The
restaurant has a wine cellar heated to 18 C, where the wines
are grown out in the letter of the house, which already has
about 70 labels from all countries.
The
Sunday Restaurant already has some traditional events during
the year. The Feijoada of Sunday, an event ever held on
Sunday Carnival, moving a large amount of foliões and
friends who come together to play with the right delicious
feijoada, the watered caipirosca, caipirinha and much beer;
Quarter of the shrimp, which offers three options the dish
of shrimp and the second dish on account of the Chef, and
Friday's Lobster, which offers three choices of dishes of
lobster, and the newest creation of the Chef, Special to
Thursday, when the dish is accompanied by a special wine on
account the house.
